We currently ship domestically throughout the U.S., including to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us! If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your order from HirschsEssentials.com, we will gladly refund your money on unused items within 30 days of your original receipt. Regrettably, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items.

How do I make a return?

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our Customer Care team at info@hirschsessentials.com and we’ll help get the process started. Please include photos and a detailed description in your email so our team can determine how to best service you. Please note we cannot accept returns on gift cards, sale items, or any products purchased from third party retailers. 

How will my money be returned to me? 

Your money will be returned in the form of your original payment method. Once we receive your item(s), please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund.

When will I see my refund? 

Once your return is received and inspected we will issue a refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method. Unfortunately, any shipping charges that were incurred with your original order are non-refundable. 

What do I do if my item is damaged?

We are so sorry to hear that an item in your order arrived damaged. Please reach out to us at info@hirschsessentials.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged product and our Customer Care team will be happy to resolve this for you.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item?

We are so sorry to hear that you received an incorrect item in your order. Please reach out to us at info@hirschsessentials.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the incorrect item and our Customer Care team will be happy to resolve this for you.
